Hiking – Old Owl Crk fall color new, prospective and current WSG member hike

We'll do an out/back to ogle at the fall colors and fabulous views on a good 2 track trail. Approximately 4 miles, <700 ft gain. Current, new and prospective CMC members are welcome. Online registration required prior to hike. Bring snacks, water, layers, raingear if appropriate. High clearance or AWD vehicle to access trailhead.

Leaving Looney Bean Montrose NW parking lot at 8:30 am or make arrangements with leader to meet at or on the way to the trailhead along Owl Creek Pass outside of Ridgway. Note this hike is 5 hours from Denver. Current CMC COVID policies in place. Leashed dogs welcome.
