Hiking – RMOTHG Acorn Loop Fall Hike

The hike is north of Silverthorne. We will hike the Acorn Creek Loop and hopefully see beautiful fall colors in forests of aspens and fall wildflowers and plants and views of the Gore Range.  The loop crosses a stream three times.  The pace will be SLOW and casual so we can enjoy the trees and scenery. 

We will meet at Wooly Mammoth Lot Section AA at 8 a.m.

Take Hwy 93 north a short distance to CO 40 and turn left. Continue on 40. Lot entrance is on left across from the gas station. Find Section AA.

Directions to the TH will be handed out at the parking lot.
