Intermediate Snowshoe – Embryo Pond
On this trip we will also go to The Loch and West Glacier Knob, but a new "feature" of the web site does not let me put this in the title. From Bear Lake we will go up on the Winter Trail to the Loch then off trail to Embryo Pond. After checking out the pond we will retrace our steps back to The Loch and proceed off trail to West Glacier Knob. After submitting we will snowshoe off trail/bushwacking down to Nymph Lake and return down another winter trail back to Bear lake. To register for this trip email the trip leader at fccmcguy@gmail.com. Note due to the amount of off trail snowshoeing this will be a bit more challenging than the mileage suggests.
