Octo Hike – Lair o' the Bear Park - Little Park to Lair o' the Bear

Octo Hikes are slower paced, have shorter distances, less elevation gain, and more frequent stops than typical Easy A hikes. Octo Hikes typically include a stop for snacks at picnic tables, when available, or social lunch at a local cafe after the hike (details TBD). This hike from Lair O'the Bear TH to Panarama Point is about 6 miles. There will be bikes on the trail. Little Park to Lair o' the Bear An easy 4.5 mile trail, starting at Little Park, winding into Lair O Bear park, up about 300 feet along Bruins Bluff and back down to intersect with Bear Creek trail. Features include forest, a short rocky incline, long stretches along the creek, and flat easy sections to the castle and back.
