Octo Hike – Stoney Pass - near Bailey

Meetup Time: 8 am

Meetup Place: Leave from parking along the highway outside The Fort
restaurant, 19192 Highway 8, Morrison, CO.   Parking only allowed south of the southern entrance to the Fort.

This is an Octogenarian (Octo) Hike for those who have aged out of normal CMC hikes, or anyone who finds CMC's traditional Easy hikes more than they want or can do. Octo Hikes are slower paced, have shorter distances, less elevation gain, and more frequent stops than typical Easy A hikes. We also normally stop for snacks at picnic tables, where available, or social lunch at a local cafe after the hike

We will hike on the trail toward our nominal destination for two hours or so, then turn around and head back to the cars. Slow pace.
