RMOTHG Trip – Jones Pass

This 6.5 mile / 1600' elevation gain snowshoe hike begins with a steady ascent along the first mile of Jones Pass Road, leading to the broad, windswept valley floor. Leaving the road, the route follows the West Fork of Clear Creek, winding through open meadows and clusters of evergreens while gradually gaining elevation. The final stretch climbs toward the Continental Divide, offering expansive alpine views before retracing the path back down. Pace will be steady & brisk. Snowshoe skill level: Intermediate.
