We'll plan to ascend McHenry's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park via Stone Man Pass. This route is rated as difficult Class 3 with exposure.

This scramble requires an extended approach (17.5 miles) and requires a favorable forecast for the day. We will move at a consistent pace with minimal breaks along the way. Please choose your pack weight accordingly.

We will start the hike from the Glacier Gorge parking lot at 4 am. Participants can coordinate a carpool if desired.
