I have a campsite reserved at Transfer CG for the nights of the 28th (before Dan King's Centennial hike) and 29th. I'd be happy to share.
I have not been up these peaks, myself.
Most of this hike is off trail. The summit of Lavender involves some class 3 scrambling, from what I understand. It's possible to go via the Sharkstooth pass, or via Hesperus Peak. Having previously hiked Hesperus, I'm open to either route.
Meet at Transfer Campground (NE of Mancos) at 7.00am.
