Scramble – Mummy Ridge RMNP

This 3 day adventure in Rocky Mountain National Park combines backcountry camping and summit highlights of the classic Mummy Mania. We will be linking Fairchild, Hagues, and Mummy peaks in a loop while camping at Lawn Lake basin.

Note Northern Colorado ASC students will get priority for this trip.

Day 1 (10/3). Hike to Lawn Lake campsites (6.2 mi and 2400 ft)

Day 2 (10/4). Hike a loop up to Fairchild, Hagues (possibly up to class 4 scramble), Mummy and return to camp (8.7 mi, 4500ft)

Day 3. (10/5) Hike to Trailhead (6.2 mi descent)

This trip will be departing from Fort Collins and carpool details will be provided separately.  A National Park pass is required to park at the trailhead and carpooling is recommended.

You will need 10 essentials, helmet, micro spikes (possibly), backcountry camping gear (tent, pad, bag), food for multiple nights, and a hard canister bear bin.
