Trip Overview:

1.  There is currently no plan to camp beforehand.  The hike to the summit and then return to the starting location will be accomplished all in one day.

2.  The ascent team for this trip will utilize the Crags route to the summit, remain on the summit long enough to assist/participate with the COS events and then return to the trailhead.

3.  The start time from the trailhead will be somewhat dependent on the celebration timetable on the summit.  But weather considerations and safety will be the primary planning factor for determining when we will start and when we will begin our return.

The Trip Leader (Joe Preiss) can provide more detailed information as we get closer to the event timeframe.  You can contact Joe directly at:  ZMQJWP@Gmail.com or 719-337-9331.
