Trail Run – 5/20 8mi Boulder Betasso

Please email me by Wednesday at 11am if you are joining us 

We will do the "short" normal 8 miles at Betasso so we will meet at the main parking lot  https://maps.app.goo.gl/j1HN6EBFKCdV98Lj7

Since it is a 10-15 minute drive from Boulder ... I am guessing most people can leave work/home by 515 and make there by 540 

We will try to run at 5.5 to 6mph , so this should take 1h30 or less
