Medium moderate trail run Monday 530pm Meet at Eben G Park, https://maps.app.goo.gl/ao4UHXpU53ziqsc27
-- We will do the Anemone loop , approx 5 miles, 1,300 ft of elevation gain, approx 4-4.5mph, 1h15m,
-- We will warm up about 1mi to the saddle where we will regroup
-- We will run counter clockwise at your own pace
-- faster people will run to the overlook and then come back to "tag" me all the way in the back
-- we will regroup at the 2 vista points
-- after we reach the top i encourage people to run their own pace, ALL DOWNHILL to the car and i will wait at the main saddle junction
-- it's a lollipop, so even if you wanna run slower, you can go clockwise to meet us going down
