Trail Run – Boulder Open Space
5pm AND 605pm , Anemone from Centennial TH Boulder 5pm AND 605pm , Anemone from Centennial TH Boulder (centennial has little parking so come early or text me if you're late) **** Please email me BY MONDAY AT 8 AM , if you will join me BogieD at gmail . com , if nobody shows up i might change things a bit **** 5pm will leave on time and will be moderate to fast, 4 miles in 55 minutes 605pm will be moderate, average , slow , hike some up , run easy down, 4mi in 60-65 min Trail Head https://maps.app.goo.gl/z2Th2zzkKyqtiyb5A -- We will do the Anemone loop , approx 4 miles, 1,200 ft of elevation gain, approx 4-4.5mph, 1h -- We will warm up a bit 0.4mi to the saddle where we will regroup -- We will run counter clockwise at your own pace -- faster people will run to the overlook and then come back to "tag" me all the way in the back -- we will ALL regroup at the MAIN Vista point -- after we reach the top i encourage people to run their own pace, ALL DOWNHILL to the car and i will wait at the main saddle junction -- it's a lollipop, so even if you wanna run slower, you can go clockwise to meet us going down
