Sun 5/28 @830am - 8 to 15ish-mi Walker or Buttonrock moderate 3.5mph pace ,not super steep , depending on the weather; RSVP by Thursday May 25th at 12pm

One option is Buttonrock reservoir , another option it Walker ranch. Both offer the option of cutting the run to 8 miles. It will depend on the weather , and what participants prefer , so please let me know;  RSVP by Thursday May 25th at 12pm

Pace will be “trotting to moderate” averaging 3.5-4 miles per hour , fast hike uphill , running downhills 

TO JOIN - i would need to “screen” you a little bit to make sure this is OK for you ( RSVP by Thursday May 25th at 12pm) , and the easiest way is if you send me the URL link for a public Strava SIMILAR run you have done in the last 3 months , bogied at gmail.com ,

MANDATORY GEAR 

  • Cellphone with trailrunproject app installed and Colorado downloaded offline
  • 100% waterproof rain jacket 
  • Long sleeve 
  • Sun hat and sunglasses 
  • Trail running shoes with good sole 
  • Min 1 water bottle ( and ideally some water filtration system)
  • 150 calories per hour * 5hrs = 750 calories
