This is open to all CMC members and particularly aimed at CMC leadership (meaning volunteers, trip leaders, instructors, school directors, committee members, board, etc.)

This session will build on what was learned in the first two sessions, but you need not have attended prior to join this January session! Please sign up and we will provide some background to fill in prior to the session.

We are looking forward to continuing our personal work and collective CMC work around diversity, equity, and inclusion with Nadia in this interactive, online session. There may be some reiteration of pieces you are familiar with but there is always something new to learn, or a different angle to examine and the challenge to apply what we learn to our leadership in creative and authentic ways.

Also as a reminder, this is not always comforting, feel-good work. These sessions may bring up thoughts and feelings that are important to process and grapple with. That is part of why we are doing this. If you've come and felt uncertain, or uncomfortable, please come again and keep listening...it's the best way to learn!
