The first field day in the CMC Homeschool Learning Lab Enrichment Series! This session will be held at Meyer's Ranch and teach Winter Ecology with Snowshoeing & Sledding.

Join CMC Youth Programs for an exciting day of winter ecology, sledding and snowshoeing at Meyer's Ranch Park! Students will learn about animal tracks, basics of snowshoeing, and have a fun afternoon sledding. (This offering could supplement Physical Education or Science classes)
- Who: Students in 1st-6th Grade
- When: Tuesday, February 17th (2026), 9:00am-1:00pm
- What: Snowshoeing, Sledding, Winter Ecology
- Where: Meyer's Ranch
- Cost: $95/non-member participant, $85/member participant (minimum 5 participants)
Registration Guidelines:
- All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate.
- All participants must have an adult chaperone. Only one adult chaperone per group is needed. (for example, if you are transporting 4 participants, you can act as the adult chaperone for all 4 participants)
Adult chaperones are responsible for:
- Knowing of any allergies and handling any medications the participants may need during the program.
- Handle outlying behavioral issues that detract from the activity
- Listen to and reinforce safety guidelines outlined by instructors
- Supervise lunch and transitions during the day
