Why We’re Gathering

Colorado Mountain Club is thrilled to be a Super‑Host at the Mile Long Table, Denver’s incredible city-wide event celebrating connection, belonging, and shared humanity. This year, the table grows to a mile—5,280 feet—to host 5,280 diverse neighbors from every walk of life. The Mile Long Table will be the epicenter of festivities celebrating Colorado’s 150th Anniversary in 2026. It’s America’s longest public dinner table, designed for:
  • Cultivating understanding through shared conversation
  • Honoring differences while discovering common ground
  • Creating collective identity in a dividends‑rich city—because a connected city is a flourishing city

What You Can Expect

  • A beautifully‑set, mile‑long table with real place settings and décor
  • A locally catered, slow-cooked meal—for 5,280 guests!
  • Intentional seating—with CMC welcoming a cross-section of Denver: clients, partners, neighbors, students, and community leaders
  • Conversation catalysts to spark deeper connection and empathy
We invite CMC’s community to join us at this historic mile-long dinner. Join us on July 26 at 10 AM. Because when CMC sits at the table, we don’t just share a meal—we spark meaningful unity.
