Required Equipment
Basic gear for Field Day. Your Grad instructors may have additional suggestions or requirements for your group.

Mountaineering Boots

Ice Axe

Safety Leash for Ice Axe, or nylon double runner to use as a leash with a large HMS locking carabiner

One additional nylon double runner (approx. 18mm x 120cm)

At least one additional large locking carabiner

Medium sized locking carabiner with a short prusik cord.

Belay device (ATC, ATC Guide or equivalent)

Shovel (if available)

Daypack sufficient to carry personal gear plus tech gear
