The course refreshes the skills taught in the Single Pitch Rescue course and focuses on pick-offs in multi-pitch terrain to rescue an injured climber, and transitions to counterbalanced and tandem rappels.
Participants are expected to be graduates of the Single Pitch Rock Rescue Course (or the previously taught Rescue II) and have multi-pitch climbing experience. This is a fast paced course and participants should be proficient with their climbing knots before attending the first session.
