BMC Rock Day field sessions will take place at Rotary Park on the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir in Horsetooth Reservoir Park.

Meeting times will be provided to students in the classroom sessions prior to the field days.

  • Practice all knots
  • Tying off fallen climber and escaping from belay (minimum of two times for each student)
  • Passing the knot or other obstruction while on rappel
  • Top belay climbing practice
