Hike up toward Richmond Pass, and return in time for the Western Slope social in Ouray that afternoon.

The Richmond Trail provides access to the alpine meadows above Red Mountain Creek, to Richmond Pass, and to Hayden Mountain. How far up the trail we go will depend on the group.
Getting back to the Western Slope Social at the Ouray Brewery by 2:00 pm is our ultimate destination.
Meet at the Ironton trailhead at 8:30 am.
We'll arrange the usual Western Slope carpools the week before, or join us there.
We'll finish in time to join the Western Slope Social and the Ouray Brewery.
