Join fellow CMC trip leaders for the inaugural Leaders Leading Leaders meeting, kicking off an ongoing quarterly series to refresh skills, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through focused topics and practical scenario discussions, newer and experienced leaders will build confidence, exchange ideas, and stay informed about CMC practices that support safe, successful trips. This meeting is for current trip leaders, and registration is required.

What to expect
This first gathering is an opportunity to connect with fellow trip leaders and help shape the Leaders Leading Leaders series. Our goal is to create a supportive space for practical discussions, shared lessons, and continued learning that complements Leader School.
Whether you’re newly qualified or have led trips for years, your perspective is valuable. Bring questions, experiences you’re willing to share, and ideas for topics you’d like us to explore at future meetings. You don’t need to have all the answers; the point is to learn from one another.
This meeting is for current CMC trip leaders. Registration is required, and the meeting location will be emailed to registered participants.
