10 essentials; HAT, GLOVES, COAT-Shell with effective mid- and base-layers! Prepare for COLD weather with snow on the ground! Recent reports indicate the presence of snow packed and icy trail conditions. I highly recommend everyone bring YakTrax, microspikes, or other traction control devices in an abundance of caution and to maximize the margin of safety.
