Ascending Hikes - Seasonal Fitness – Matthews/Winters Park

We'll enjoy an atypically warm day as we hike in Matthews-Winters Park. We may encounter some muddy trail conditions from last week's snowfall. I anticipate we'll enjoy the relative park quiet as we develop our seasonal conditioning.

10 essentials I highly recommend trekking poles. Everyone will benefit by wearing a warm hat, gloves or mittens, and non-cotton garments. Waterproof and windproof outer garments are strongly recommended.
