This is an easy/moderate trip for ice climbers looking to get the some laps. Instruction will not be provided so be experienced with top rope ice climbing

Depending on conditions and the experience level of participants, we may do multi-pitch ice climbing as well so bring the necessary gear just in case (If you have not climbed multi-pitch ice before do not expect to this trip).

Will meet at the parking at Aspen Park PNR (26137 Conifer Rd, Conifer, CO 80433)

If you are coming from another area of the state let the leader know you will meet at the TH but try to reduce number of vehicles

Have ATC style belay device (grigri can be a backup but will not work if conditions are wet/icy)

Harness, helmet, crampons, ice tools, belay device, eye protection/sunglasses, basic rack of locking and non-locking carabiners, anchor material

If you have a dry rope or static rope please bring.
