This is not a beginner's trip.  You must have recent experience doing 3-4 day backpacking trips.  You must have experience and feel comfortable using your gear (e.g., don't buy a new tent or shoes/boots the night before the trip unless you have experience with that model).  You must know how much fuel, food, and water you'll need.  You must know how to use your bear canister or Ursack correctly.  We will not be doing a traditional bear hang.

You must be a team player with a positive attitude.  Let's have a safe, fun trip!

Itinerary:

Day 1:  After an early start to set up the shuttle, depart from the Rolling Creek TH.  Hike around 8.2 miles and make camp.

Day 2:  Hike another 8.3 miles to Long Gulch and make camp.

Day 3:  Hike 8.4 miles in Segment 5 and make camp.

Day 4:  Hike the remaining mileage (approx 6 miles) to a parking area on the east side of Kenosha Pass.
