Approach will be on snowshoes with the final section either booting up or with crampons on. Specific gear list and additional details will be provided to the attendees via e-mail.
As a bonus, we will practice doing a weighted belay take-over at the end of the session. Specific gear for this will also be included in e-mail.
This climb is covered in "Cold Stoke" by Rob 'Griz' Ginieczki.
Note that this is a dog-friendly outing. Any dogs going must be acclimatized to being at a climbing crag.
Meet at the Sinclair station in Coal Creek at 8:30am. We will convoy from there to the East Moffatt Trailhead parking lot. We will gear up at the trailhead.
