Hiking – Arapaho Glacier Trail
This is an ~ 8.8 mile hike, with an elevation gain of ~3,100 feet to South Arapaho Peak (13,397') and then Old Baldy (13,038'). This trip is mostly above treeline, with picturesque views of Indian Peaks, City of Boulder Watershed Lakes, and outstanding views of Arapaho Glacier.

This hike is pretty much all on trail, except for the summit of Old Baldy.
NOTE: This hike is dependent on snow conditions, and will only go if the road to the campground is drivable and there is minimal snow cover on the road and trails.
We will meet at 6:30 am at the Coors Tek Parking Lot in Golden, for a PROMPT 6:45 am departure Here’s a link to it in Google Maps ( https://goo.gl/maps/VLqhSXXK5D52 ). We can also arrange meeting elsewhere by contacting the leader.
We will start our hike from the Fourth of July campground parking area in the Indian Peaks Wilderness, around 8:00am.
