Hiking – Arkansas Riverwalk Trail- Canon City

Directions:

From Pueblo, follow Highway 50 west to Canon City. Turn left on 1st street. There will be a small dirt lot on the right. Approximate coordinates: (38.4347038, -105.2461619)

Hike will begin at 9am, Sunday April 28th

Those who are interested in carpooling from Pueblo will meet in the southwest corner of the Albertsons parking lot on Highway 50 at 8am.

We will follow the mostly flat, crushed gravel trail 4-8 miles (depending on group consensus) along the Arkansas River.

I hope to print the Riverwalk Bingo cards developed by Canon City high school students. 

Leashed dogs are welcome.
