Hiking – Battle Mountain

Our hike is an out and back trip . We will begin our hike at the Long's peak ranger station , and follow the trail to battle mtn cutoff , This will be off trail to the summit of Battle Mtn 12,041 . we will have spectacular views of Long's Peak and the surrounding 13ers in RMNP . The group will stay together , This will be rocky terrain and a steep climb to the summit.This is an out and back hike . Previous experience on talus and at high elevation is required .
