bring 10 essentials , micro spikes , sturdy hiking boots, and it is recommended to bring hiking poles , bring plenty of water.
Be sure you are comfortable with the pace and length of this hike before signing up .Please note that this is a steep hike in both directions and hiking poles can be very helpful
