Route from Cow Creek TH to Lumpy Ridge TH we may also do this in the opposite direction depending on shuttle logistics.  We will meet at Lumpy Ridge TH and then a short car shuttle to Cow Creek TH

We will travel at a reflective pace, absorbing sun, views, with periods in silence.
