We will follow the well established trail to Browns Creek Falls where we will have lunch. The hike is approximately 5.7 miles and 960' of elevation gain.

The pace of this hike is relatively casual. Feel free to stop and take in the scenery, take photos, etc.
The hike begins and ends at the trailhead.
You may want to bring a chair, beverage of choice, and snacks if you'd like to visit after the hike.

For those interested in Carpooling from Pueblo, meet at the SE corner of the Albertson's parking lot off Highway 50 at 7:30. Reach out to the leader if another location along the driving route would be helpful. The drive from Pueblo is approximately 2:15 without stops. We will be stopping along the way. I expect to arrive at the Browns Creek Trailhead between 10:00 and 10:15am.

Required Equipment
In addition to the 10 essentials, bring lunch. The trail was clear of snow and ice until the last .1 mile when I was there a week ago. I did not use traction, but you may consider bringing along.
