Hiking – Elk Meadow Park
From the Stagecoach TH in Evergreen, we'll hike mostly in the shade and summit Bergen Peak, have a snack, and then descend. Possible lunch stop afterwards in Evergreen. Note: a valid hunting or fishing license OR SWA pass is required for everyone 16 or older accessing this area. See Leader Notes. Possible lunch stop in Evergreen.

7:30 at Apex Park · lower end / away from bathrooms. We'll carpool to Evergreen from Apex.
State Wildlife Area (SWA) fee: Non-motor Vehicle Individual Daily Pass - $4 per day.
Park visitors 16 yrs or older must carry a current Individual Daily pass (physical or digital app) or use the upper panels of their annual pass to enter the park. Daily pass entry expires at noon the following day.
