Hiking – Goodwin Lakes

Begin at the Comanche/Venable Trailhead. Hike approximately 1 mile on the Rainbow Trail before turning onto the trail that leads to Goodwin Lakes. The trail is steep and rocky. Challenging. Approximately 9.5 miles/2500’ of elevation gain. Highpoint approximately 11400’. Pace 1.5 mph average.

A limited number of dogs will be permitted to come along

Those interested in carpooling will meet at the City Park Pool lot in Pueblo at 6:30am on Saturday August 9th. Hike will begin approximately 8am. Please let the leader know where to expect you- City Park Pool or trailhead.
