That should get you to the Trailhead at 6:00 where the campers will meet you. We Google Map link to Four Mile Creek 2WD Trailhead:

From there, we will use 4WD vehicles for the last three quarters of a mile, where we will start our hike at 11,600’

Plenty of water, layers, First Aid kit, other essentials, possibly micro spikes.
