Hiking – Missouri Mountain
Let's go take advantage of this warmer weather and climb a 14er (or 3) in calendar winter...especially if we can drive all the way to the summer trailhead at Missouri Gulch.

If you would like to join, contact trip leader with the mountains you have climbed in the past 4 months, and what is your hiking pace and elevation gain per hour is. Also, what is your winter experience. (If you have never climbed a mountain in winter, then this is not the trip for you.)
Note: there is a chance we may continue beyond Missouri Mountain to Elkhead Pass, to climb Oxford and then Belford. We will make the call on the summit of Missouri.

For those who want to carpool we can meet up in Colorado Springs, or meet in Buena Vista the morning of the climb. This is to be decided once we discover who is coming. There is a chance some of us may spend the night in Buena Vista the night before.
