From the Fourth of July Trailhead, follow the Arapaho Pass Trail for 1.2 miles, then go generally West off trail for 1.5 miles to unofficially named "Lake Xanadu". There are remains of a plane crash near the lake.  Locate a steep rocky ramp that ascends between Point 12,047 on Mount Jasper's northeast ridge and Point 12,307 on Jasper's east ridge.  Stay on the far right side directly below the rock wall of Point 12,047.  

You will find a map of the route here. From there, poke on Preview trail to get a drone's view of the route.

Carpoolers will meet at the CoorsTek parking lot in Golden, near the AMC building, at 7 AM.
