Hiking – Mt Antero

Its 2.5h drive out the Buena Vista area. We'll drive out the night before and dispersed camp near the trailhead. There are sites ~ 1-2 mi up the trail, next to the river :-)

Once we get to the trailhead, we'll have  short hike to the dispersed camping area. This is a long hike so this will allow us to start at 7 AM in the morning. We'll lunch on the summit ans finish time should be 5 PM.  This will be higher altitude so please be prepared for that

Make sure to bring the 10 essentials, good rain gear if we get weather.

I'll send more detailed info, when we get a couple of weeks out.

We'll meet at Wooly Mammoth Lot BB on Friday July 11 at 5 PM and carpool to the trail head.
