Meet at Conifer Staples at 7:30am.
As you drive south on US 285, you will pass Aspen Park (there is a King Soopers there), then another few miles to Conifer.  At the Sinclair/Stinker gas station turn right off 285, then a left at the stoplight.  We will group up at the 285 side of the Staples parking lot just before the Dutch Brothers drive-through coffee shop.  As a landmark I have a white Subaru Outback with a roof top cargo box.

This hike will be 90% off-trail, bushwacking up steep slopes to summit Sheep Mountain near the small town of South Platte.  The steep descent will also be off-trail finally picking up the North Fork Trail back to the cars.
