A truly beautiful hike starting in Palmer Lake and following Ice Cave Creek and Levi Creek, then following a ridge to the Harrison plane crash.

This will be a moderately-paced hike. We will start heading up toward the Palmer Lake Reservoirs and then onto the Ice Cave Trail and the Swank Trail. There is a creek crossing which may be impacted by spring runoff.
For those who are interested, we will find a place to grab lunch after the hike.
We will meet at the Palmer Lake Reservoir trailhead for a 8am start. Parking fee at the trailhead is $5. We’ll email details for a carpool meetup in an email the day prior to the hike.
