  • Pace: 2 mph ave (1.75 up, 2.25 down)

Hike begins and ends at the trailhead.

There are a few steeper sections, one in particular that has a fair amount of loose gravel. You may find that poles are helpful.

Weather permitting, we will spend some time at the summit and have snacks/early lunch.

The pace of the hike will be on the slower side. If you are looking for a faster pace hike, this is not the one for you.

A limited number of dogs will be permitted. Please reach out if you plan on bringing your dog and I will let you know if that is OK. Dogs must be on leash.

We visit for a bit after the hike at the trailhead. If you are interested, consider bringing a chair and a beverage of choice.

Weather information can be found at www.weather.gov

Hike will begin at the trailhead at 8:30am. For those interested in carpooling from Pueblo, meet in the SE corner of the Albertson's Parking Lot off highway 50 in Pueblo at 7am.
