Hiking – Reservoir Ridge
This will be an easy hike around a close by Fort Collins Natural Area. We'll start at the Michaud Lane TH and hike the full loop. We go regardless of the weather, unless the city has closed the trail. See COTREX for the most current up-to-date trail conditions. Expect this hike to take about 2.5 hrs.

This is an easy beginner's hike. We'll start at the Michaud Ln. TH, turn right at the second trail junction and circle around the north loop (enjoying a nice view of Pleasant Valley en route). Then we'll continue to the south loop, and eventually back to the TH.
Optional coffee (and/or pastries!) at Oh-Me-Oh-My in LaPorte afterwards.
Meet at the MICHAUD LANE TH. Follow the map. DO NOT just punch "Reservoir Ridge" into your phone/Nav unit - you'll end up in the wrong place.
Meet at 0745 for an 0800 departure. We head up the trail at exactly 0800. Don't be late!
No carpooling. Just meet at the TH.
Required Equipment
The only required equipment is the 10 essentials + whatever clothing is needed for the weather on the day of the hike. We should be back before lunch.
