Hiking – Sandstone Ranch Open Space

This a very scenic area with beautiful rock formations. There is quite a lot of wildlife including some western meadowlarks.

We will meet at the trailhead at 8:00am. To drive to the TH, take I-25 south past Castle Rock and take exit 173 for Larkspur. From Larkspur take Perry Park Drive west, then turn left (south) on 105 for about  quarter mile to the large parking lot on your right. Two porta-potties are available. 

We will do a figure eight hike. Trail should be dry without mud or snow.
