Hiking – Stratton Open Space

Stratton Open Space is a 318-acre jewel on Colorado Springs west side. Numerous trails dissect the park and we will travel several of them on this dog-friendly walk, rising steeply to top out at an overlook on Gold Camp Road. After a break to enjoy the view of the city we'll descend through the ponderosa pine/Gambel Oak forest and loop back to our starting point.

Optional social get together at nearby Sacred Grounds coffee shop after the hike.

Be at the Ridgeway Trailhead by 8:20 for an 8:30 a.m. start.
