Mtn Bike – East West Regional Trail

Trip

Mtn Bike – East West Regional Trail

Do this ride if you are wanting a super fun non-technical beginner mountain/gravel bike trail to play on. Starting from the Ridgegate (East) trailhead we'll ride this flowy doubletrack for 16 miles and 1800 ft of elev-gain to/from Daniels Park (Grigs Rd) through grasslands, oak bluffs and huge scenic views. Because of the length & elevation gain you'll need plenty of stamina - unless on an electric bike. This ride is geared primarily for 50+ folks who still love mountain biking – but at a less aggressive pace and on non-technical terrain.
