RMOTHG Trip – Ron Stewart Preserve at Rabbit Mountain - Little Thompson and Eagle Wind

Rabbit Mountain is a delightful little Boulder County Open Space just east of Lyons. We will have views of Longs Peak to the west and a cool overlook of the Little Thompson. We'll hike the Eagle Wind Loop (which is an open Ponderosa Pine forest) and then hike up to the Little Thompson Overlook.

I like Rabbit Mountain Open Space, it's just kinda fun!!!  We'll hike the Eagle Ridge Loop first and have our lunch break at the Little Thompson overlook.  After the hike, we might just stop for ice cream or something ;) ;) ;)
