Scramble – Sunrise scramble of Flatirons slabs (Buckets, Freeway)

This is an advanced scramble consisting of two excellent 4th class slabs in the Flatirons. You must have previous experience doing Flatirons scrambles to attend this event.

We will do 2 scrambles on this fine morning. First, head up the Royal Arch trailhead, bushwhack a bit to the bottom of Buckets, a fine 4th class slab, then head towards the base of Freeway, another fine 4th class slab.

I expect the entire hike will take us about 3-4 hours.
