Marshall Mesa Open Space Park- Boulder
County open space park east of Eldorado Canyon State Park with trails featuring a prairie ecosystem
Marshall Mesa is a great hike if you want open valley views with mild elevation gain. It connects the Marshall Valley and Community Ditch trails. Visitors can experience a 2.7-mile loop hike by combining the Marshall Valley, Marshall Mesa and Coal Seam trails. This trail gets muddy after rain and snow. Walk through the mud to save vegetation surrounding the path.
