Leader Exclusive Invite: Wilderness Psychology and First Aid

Hosted by Aleya Littleton with Wild and Wonderful Life Counseling and Adventure Therapy. WPFA is based on the classic Psychological First Aid course and tailored to the unique needs of outdoor professionals and enthusiasts. In offering this course, our objective is to give our outdoor community confidence in handling emergencies that can affect mental health, strengthen our ability to participate in outdoor pursuits, and prevent the long-term consequences of stress injuries to our mental health.
